Position Title:
Full Time Instructor - Culinary Arts
Butler Community College is seeking a full-time instructor of Culinary Arts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing applied culinary and industry-related knowledge. At least 4 years of full-time industry experience is required.
Job Duties:
Duties of this position include instruction of applied culinary skills courses in a lab setting assuring curricular relevancy, conducting assessments, and ongoingly maintaining accurate student attendance and grading records.\ \ Must be available to teach between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F. Classes can be held at multiple locations but are housed at the state-of-the-art Redler Culinary Arts Institute facility, opened in 2022. Must also be willing to serve as Culinary Arts Program ambassador in the community and at area schools as part of ongoing recruitment and retention efforts marketing both the Culinary Arts Program and Butler Community College.
