As part of our team, youll have an opportunity to help change the lives of children and families impacted by intellectual and/or developmental disabilities by using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to provide 1:1 direct services in our clinic, in home, or in community settings.
At Born to Blossom, our behavior technicians are paraprofessionals who provide applied behavior analytic services under the direction and supervision of our BCaBAs and BCBAs. This position is an entry-level position, requiring a high school diploma or GED and the ability to complete a training sequence to obtain certification prior to working with our clients. Behavior Technicians work directly with the clients, implementing interventions and building relationships.
