Do you have prior experience working within an HR Talent Acquisition team utilizing your detail orientation, system skills, organizational skills, communication skills, and understanding of job description requirements? Do you desire to work for one of the largest and most respected privately owned corporations in the world? This 2-3 month contract will allow you to work on an impactful global initiative! You will be working directly with the HR Plant Managers and Business Plant Managers throughout the world. You will have a lot of visibility within the company and leave an imprint on a job catalog in multiple languages to be used by hundreds of employees!

salary: $20 - $23.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Support the creation and scaling of a global job catalog specifically for production workers in many different countries who speak many different languages

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, and the Plants to collect information

  • Organize information properly for the catalog

  • Copy and paste the translated job catalog descriptions

  • Place the translated job catalog descriptions in the right section of the shared database

  • Share specific shareable files with the corresponding Plant HR Managers and Plant Managers

  • Gather, compile, prepare, and share the job catalog in 15 different languages
